This is Why You Shouldn't Feed Pigeons

Feeding pigeons could seem like a harmless act of kindness, but it actually has some negative consequences.

Firstly, when you feed pigeons, you are contributing to their overpopulation. This can lead to problems such as disease outbreaks and destruction to property.

Pigeons that rely on humans for food become addicted. They lose their inherent foraging abilities and become more vulnerable to predators.

Feeding pigeons also lures them to gather in large flocks, which can be disruptive for people.

The litter they leave behind can create a hazard. It's important to remember that pigeons are wild animals and should be left alone.

Rather than feeding them, consider making a donation. Let's help protect our cities and these birds by making responsible choices.
